DEGREES...WHICH WAS 5.8 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH
TEMPERATURE WAS 37.1 DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW WAS 23.1 DEGREES.
THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE DURING THE MONTH WAS 58 DEGREES...WHICH
OCCURRED ON THE 2ND AND 3RD. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS 4 DEGREES
