THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IN ROCHESTER WAS 47.7 DEGREES...WHICH WAS
1.0 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH WAS 58.3 DEGREES AND THE
AVERAGE LOW WAS 37.1 DEGREES. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH
