NORTHEASTERN OWYHEE COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM MDT...

At 436 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cold front with strong
northwest winds causing blowing dust, advancing southeast around 45
mph.

HAZARD...Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Observations and web cams.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.  Blowing dust will briefly reduce
         visibility to as low as a half mile.
