...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN PLYMOUTH...SOUTHEASTERN BRISTOL AND NORTHEASTERN
NEWPORT COUNTIES...

At 718 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Dartmouth,
moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

Locations impacted include...
New Bedford, Fall River, Dartmouth, Marion, Fairhaven, Tiverton,
Westport, Lakeville, Acushnet, Freetown, Berkley, Mattapoisett, and
Rochester.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.
