An outflow from earlier thunderstorms more than 200 miles offshore was moving from northeast to southwest late Monday afternoon...and this situation will further increase the rip current intensity this evening and overnight. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don`t swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline.
