Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate southeast winds today will shift east Friday
and the weekend as a cold front advances through the coastal
waters. Wind may be strong enough to warrant Small Craft Exercise
Caution conditions while sea build as high as 6 feet. Low rain
chances return Friday through the weekend due to the proximity of
the front.
