.DISCUSSION...

Warm and dry conditions continue today. Expect minimum RH around 20%
this afternoon with winds becoming southerly at 5 to 10 MPH. Winds
will increase late this afternoon through the evening. Gusts to around
45 MPH are expected between approximately midnight and noon Monday.
Warm, dry, and windy Monday with minimum RH between 20 and 25%. A strong
storm system will approach Monday afternoon, bringing the chance for PM
showers and thunderstorms. Gusty and erratic winds are possible near storms.
Additionally, expect rapidly changing wind directions behind the cold front
as winds go from southeast ahead of the front, to westerly behind. Brief
gusts to 60 MPH are possible with thunderstorms and along the cold front.
There is still some uncertainty in how much moisture will fall with these
storms, but the chance of a wetting rain Monday PM is about 25 to 30%.
