.DISCUSSION...
Gusty northwest winds will continue through the afternoon, with
sustained winds of around 20 mph and gusts up to 35 mph. This, in
conjunction with humidities in the 25 to 30 percents may make
fires erratic at times. However, recent rainfalls and greening
fuels should help to negate rapid fire spread. Winds will steadily
diminish through the evening.
