Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches in a short time are possible. With soils saturated from previous rainfall, this will lead to an increased risk of flash flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
