.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Moderate southerly winds
currently right along shore this morning will gradually weaken
through day as will northerly winds in the outer waters. Gentle wind
will more consistently turn onshore and northerly this evening. With
calmer winds, short period seas will drop below 6 feet through early
Wednesday morning. Calmer conditions will persist late week with only
minor and isolated enhancement of northerlies around Cape Mendocino.
