.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Winds and seas will
continue to diminish from south to north through late this afternoon
and evening. Wave heights are expected to fall to 5-6 feet by Friday
beneath light northerlies. Winds will rapidly increase Saturday and
Sunday behind a front, producing steep wind waves through early next
week.
