At 312 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 24 nm west of Eureka to 13 nm
west of Cape Mendocino to 55 nm southwest of Trinidad Head, moving
northeast at 40 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Water spouts are possible along with stronger thunderstorms...locally
higher waves...and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...locally higher
