* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Navasota River near Easterly.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding below Easterly
  is expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 19.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 23.0 feet early
    Wednesday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
