.DISCUSSION...

An area of light rain showers will track through the area this
morning, with the chance for additional activity this afternoon
and this evening. Additional chances will arrive on Saturday
afternoon and continue into Saturday night. The active pattern
continues Sunday and Monday as additional low pressure systems
track through the region. Despite the numerous chances for rain,
temperatures will be warm, especially Saturday and Sunday, with
rain amounts expected to be fairly light today and Saturday.

700 am observed Haines Index at Green Bay...3 - very low.

.TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Numerous showers in the morning.
                    A chance of showers and a slight chance of
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon. Chance of rain
                    70 percent.
Temperature.........63 at ignition...Max 72.
RH..................72 percent at ignition...Min 55 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds southeast at 4 mph at
                    ignition...otherwise Light and variable wind
                    becoming south at 5 to 10 mph in the late
                    morning and afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
Mixing height.......1500 ft AGL at ignition...otherwise 800-1300 ft
                    AGL increasing to 3700-4200 ft AGL during the
