.DISCUSSION...

An intensifying low pressure system over Lake Huron will produce
gusty northwest winds today. Winds could gust to 35 mph at times
and possibly cause some power line fires if tree branches fall.
Relative humidity of 20 to 30 percent is expected over the sandy
soil areas Saturday afternoon, though winds will be lighter than
today.

700 am observed Haines Index at Green Bay...4 - low

Sky/weather.........Sunny (10-20 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 64.
Min humidity........27 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest winds 5 to 7 mph shifting to the
                    southwest 7 to 9 mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......4300 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Northwest 13 to 15 mph shifting to the west
                    around 14 mph late in the afternoon.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (7900 knot-ft) early in the morning
                    increasing to good (52000 knot-ft) in the
                    afternoon.
