.DISCUSSION...

A warm front lifting north will cause winds to shift to the
southeast and increase as warmer air advects in from the south
today. Mixing will bring dry air to the surface this afternoon,
causing relative humidities to drop into the 20s across much of
the area. This may result in near critical fire weather values,
especially across central and north-central Wisconsin.

Although temperatures will remain warm Tuesday, increased
relative humidities and rain will mitigate fire weather concerns.
The weather will then turn cool and wet by the middle of the week
and continue that way through early next week.

700 am observed Haines Index at Green Bay...4 or low.
