THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

HAZARDOUS TRAVEL IS LIKELY TONIGHT DUE TO PERIODS OF SNOW AND
MIXED PRECIPITATION. THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO IMPACT TRAVEL IN
AREAS NORTH AND WEST OF THE FOX VALLEY AND LAKESHORE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MOST OF THE AREA TUESDAY...WITH A TOTAL
ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 6 INCHES EXPECTED. AS A RESULT...HAZARDOUS
TRAVELING CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING. THE
PRECIPITATION IN EAST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN WILL BE MAINLY RAIN AND
DRIZZLE...BUT THE RAIN COULD BRIEFLY CHANGE TO SNOW IN THE
APPLETON AND GREEN BAY AREAS FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE. IF THAT
OCCURS...TRAVEL WOULD LIKELY BE IMPACTED BY THE RESULTING SLUSHY
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS.

RELATIVELY MILD TEMPERATURES OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN
WISCONSIN THROUGH TUESDAY MAY PRODUCE CHANGING ICE CONDITIONS ON
AREA LAKES AND RIVERS. EXTRA CAUTION SHOULD BE USED ON AREA LAKES
AND RIVERS THIS WEEK.

HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE IN FAR EASTERN WISCONSIN
CHRISTMAS EVE...THOUGH THERE IS STILL CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY ON
THE EVENTUAL TRACK OF THIS STORM. HOLIDAY TRAVELERS SHOULD CLOSELY
MONITOR LATER FORECASTS.

LIGHT SNOW IS ALSO POSSIBLE FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTERS ARE REQUESTED TO FORWARD SNOWFALL MEASUREMENTS TO THE
