REACH 40 BELOW FOR A BRIEF PERIOD.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

BITTER COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE MONDAY
MORNING.

ACCUMULATING LIGHT SNOW...ALONG WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW...MAY LEAD TO HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS MONDAY NIGHT AND
TUESDAY.
