THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SLIPPERY ROADS ARE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT...MAINLY IN A BAND FROM
CENTRAL THROUGH NORTHEAST WISCONSIN. WINTRY PRECIPITATION IS
EXPECTED IN THIS AREA. IF THE PRECIPITATION FALLS AS MAINLY
FREEZING RAIN...ROADS COULD BECOME ICE COVERED AND VERY SLIPPERY.
PRECIPITATION IN EAST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN WILL BE MAINLY
RAIN...THOUGH THE GROUND COULD BE COLD ENOUGH IN A FEW PLACES TO
ALLOW ICY PATCHES TO FORM. FAR NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN IS EXPECTED
TO BE ON THE NORTHWEST FRINGE OF THE PRECIPITATION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THE WINTRY PRECIPITATION AND SLIPPERY TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL
PERSIST INTO SUNDAY. THE RAIN OVER EAST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN WILL
LIKELY MIX WITH AND CHANGE TO SNOW DURING THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING.

FORECAST DATA CONTINUE TO INDICATE THAT A STRONG STORM SYSTEM
CAPABLE OF CREATING WIDESPREAD TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS WILL AFFECT THE
GREAT LAKES REGION TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THE STORM IS LIKELY
TO BRING HEAVY SNOW TO PORTIONS OF THE REGION. STRONG WINDS
ACCOMPANYING THE STORM WILL PRODUCE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND
DRIFTING OF THE SNOW. THE DIFFICULTY AT THIS TIME RANGE REMAINS
DETERMINING THE PRECISE TRACK OF THE STORM...WHICH WILL DETERMINE
THE LOCATIONS THAT RECEIVE THE HEAVY SNOW. ALL INTERESTS ARE
URGED TO CLOSELY MONITOR LATER FORECASTS FOR UPDATED INFORMATION.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTERS ARE REQUESTED TO REPORT ANY SITUATIONS WHERE FREEZING
RAIN LEADS TO HAZARDOUS ROAD OR SIDEWALK CONDITIONS TO THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREEN BAY.
