This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Up to an inch of lake effect snow is possible over northwest Vilas
county today.

A clipper low pressure system will bring 1 to 3 inches of snow to
the region late tonight through Monday morning. The greatest
accumulations are anticipated over north central Wisconsin. Roads
will become snow covered and slippery for the Monday morning
commute to work and school.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Lake effect snow showers may bring an inch or two of accumulation
to parts of Vilas County Monday afternoon and Monday night.

A clipper system is forecast to sweep across the region Wednesday
night. A light accumulation is expected at this time. Behind this
clipper, a cold northwest wind should generate more lake effect
snow showers for north-central Wisconsin. It is too early to
determine snow amounts at this time.

The approach and eventual passage of another clipper may bring
additional snow chances to the area Friday night into Saturday.

Spotters are urged to relay snowfall reports on Monday morning.
