WESTERN LAKE MICHIGAN...

THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
SOUTHERN BAY OF GREEN BAY...
NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS OF LAKE
MICHIGAN FROM STURGEON BAY TO SHEBOYGAN...

AT 820 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM 15 NM EAST OF NEW LONDON TO 15 NM WEST OF
DENMARK TO 17 NM EAST OF OSHKOSH...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 KNOTS.

THE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED ISOLATED 40 TO 50 MPH WIND GUSTS IN EAST-
CENTRAL WISCONSIN. THEY ARE EXPECTED TO WEAKEN AS THEY APPROACH THE
LAKE AND BAY...BUT COULD STILL PRODUCE WIND GUSTS AROUND 30 KNOTS
WHEN THEY REACH THE WATER.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
DYCKESVILLE...STURGEON BAY SHIP CANAL LIGHT...OCONTO...CLEVELAND...TWO
RIVERS...NAMUR...LITTLE SUAMICO...RAWLEY POINT LIGHT...PENSAUKEE AND
BRUSSELS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY AND REMAIN THERE UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
