THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

  CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN BAY OF GREEN BAY...
  NEARSHORE WATERS FROM STURGEON BAY TO SHEBOYGAN...
  OPEN WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN FROM STURGEON BAY TO TWO RIVERS...

AT 218 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS FROM COLEMAN TO LITTLE STURGEON...MOVING SOUTH AT 10
KNOTS. WINDS WILL ABRUPTLY SHIFT FROM WEST TO NORTHEAST AND INCREASE
TO 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS AS THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
APPROACH.

IF YOU ARE IN A SMALL CRAFT OVER THE SOUTH PART OF THE BAY OR ALONG
THE LAKESHORE SOUTH OF STURGEON BAY...WATCH OUT FOR THE ABRUPT WIND
SHIFT AND INCREASE  IN WIND SPEED...IN ADDITION TO THE THREAT OF
LIGHTNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE
HARBOR UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
