AT 853 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 5 NM WEST OF
RAWLEY POINT LIGHT TO 8 NM WEST OF MANITOWOC TO 10 NM WEST OF
CLEVELAND TO 17 NM SOUTHEAST OF OSHKOSH...MOVING EAST AT 35 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
MANITOWOC...TWO RIVERS...CLEVELAND AND RAWLEY POINT LIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
