OPEN WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN FROM ROCK ISLAND PASSAGE TO SHEBOYGAN...

AT 918 AM CDT...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM NORTH MANITOU ISLAND TO 19 NM WEST OF POINT BETSIE TO
17 NM WEST OF CLEVELAND...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 KNOTS.

HAZARD...WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 50 KNOTS.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED.

IMPACT...BOATS COULD SUFFER SIGNIFICANT STRUCTURAL DAMAGE IN HIGH
         WINDS. SMALL CRAFT COULD CAPSIZE IN SUDDENLY HIGHER WAVES.
