...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN...

THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

OPEN WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN FROM STURGEON BAY TO TWO RIVERS...

AT 107 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG
THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND
SMALL HAIL. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 14 NM EAST OF
KEWAUNEE PIERHEAD LIGHT... MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER THE OPEN WATERS OF
LAKE MICHIGAN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
