THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

  SOUTHERN BAY OF GREEN BAY...

AT 205 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS AND HAIL UP TO A HALF INCH IN DIAMTER
OVER GREEN BAY HARBOR ENTRANCE LIGHT...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.
THE STORM WILL REACH RED BANKS BY 220 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE
