AT 215 PM CDT...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
EXTENDED FROM JUST EAST OF GREEN BAY TO A FEW MILES NORTH OF
APPLETON...WEST TO NEAR WAUPACA AND TO NEAR WITTENBERG IN SHAWANO
COUNTY. ANOTHER CLUSTER OF SHOWERS EXTENDED FROM 5 MILES NORTH OF
ATHELSTANE TO DUNBAR IN MARINETTE COUNTY...AND THEN NORTHWARD TO
NEAR FLORENCE. THE SHOWERS AND STORMS WERE TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND
10 MPH. SOME OF THE STRONGER SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL PRODUCE
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. A WARM AND HUMID AIR MASS IS IN PLACE
ACROSS THE REGION... THEREFORE MORE SHOWERS AND STORMS COULD FORM
AT ANY TIME THIS AFTERNOON.
