THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREEN BAY HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST THIS MORNING.

* WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES AT OR BELOW ONE QUARTER
  OF A MILE CONTINUED ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA. THE DENSE FOG WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH 9 AM...THEN GRADUALLY IMPROVE OVER THE
  REMAINDER OF THE MORNING.

* REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL LEAD TO DIFFICULT DRIVING OVERNIGHT.
  ALSO...THE THICK FOG MAY DEPOSIT PATCHY BLACK ICE ON AREA
  ROADS...BRIDGES AND SIDEWALKS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...
