THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREEN BAY HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY.

* WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES AT OR BELOW ONE QUARTER
  OF A MILE CONTINUED ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA. THE DENSE FOG WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH 1100 AM...THEN GRADUALLY IMPROVE OVER THE
  REMAINDER OF THE MORNING INTO EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

* REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL LEAD TO DIFFICULT DRIVING.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
