ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT.

* WEST WINDS SUSTAINED AT 25 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 45 TO 50
  MPH...WILL CONTINUE THIS EVENING.

* THE STRONG WINDS COULD DOWN SOME TREE LIMBS AND CAUSE SPORADIC
  POWER OUTAGES. POWERFUL WEST WINDS WILL ALSO MAKE DRIVING ON
  NORTH TO SOUTH ORIENTED ROADS VERY DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

* WET ROADS WILL QUICKLY ICE UP THIS EVENING...AS MUCH COLDER AIR
  MOVES INTO THE REGION. A FLASH FREEZE MAY RESULT IN TREACHEROUS
  DRIVING CONDITIONS ON UNTREATED ROADS...SO MOTORISTS SHOULD USE
  EXTREME CAUTION.
