.LIGHT NORTHEAST WINDS OFF LAKE MICHIGAN WERE HELPING TO PRODUCE
DENSE FOG IN DOOR...KEWAUNEE AND MANITOWOC COUNTIES THIS MORNING.
THE FOG WILL IMPACT THE MORNING COMMUTE TO WORK OR SCHOOL. INCREASING
NORTH WINDS WILL BRING DRIER AIR INTO THE REGION BY MID-MORNING...
WHICH SHOULD RESULT IN A QUICK IMPROVEMENT TO THE FOGGY CONDITIONS.

* THE REDUCED VISIBILITY WILL CAUSE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS
  FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE.
