cloudy in the morning, then becoming partly cloudy.
.TONIGHT...W wind 10 to 15 kts. Waves 1 to 3 ft. A chance of
flurries after midnight.
.FRIDAY...W wind 10 to 20 kts, decreasing to 10 to 15 kts early
in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 ft. A chance of flurries in the
morning.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...W wind 5 to 10 kts, veering NW, then veering N
10 to 20 kts after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 ft, building to 2 to
4 ft after midnight. Light snow likely in the evening, then a
