...RECORD LOW TEMPERATURES SET IN MOST LOCATIONS...

CLEAR SKIES AND A BITTERLY COLD AIRMASS ALLOWED FOR TEMPERATURES
TO PLUMMET LAST NIGHT. MANY LOCATIONS FELL BELOW ZERO...WHICH FOR
NORTHEAST WISCONSIN IS A FEW WEEKS EARLIER THAN WHEN THE FIRST BELOW
ZERO TEMPERATURES ARE NORMALLY RECORDED.

THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS SET OR TIED RECORD LOW TEMPERATURES FOR
TODAY...NOVEMBER 21.
