Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin

Scattered showers were exiting northeast Wisconsin early this
morning. Under cloudy skies, temperatures before sunrise ranged
from the lower 40s north to the middle to upper 50s across central
Wisconsin east to the Lake Michigan shoreline.

There will be a break in the rain through sunrise, then the rain
will gradually spread north through day, reaching far northern
during the early to mid afternoon hours. Temperatures across
central and east-central Wisconsin will fall into the 40s during
the day. Across the north, temperatures will dip a few more
degrees until sunrise, the rise a few degrees before the rain
arrives. Overall, temperatures during the afternoon will be in
the 40s.

Showers and a few thunderstorms are expected tonight with locally
heavy rainfall possible. Rainfall totals from today and tonight
will generally range from 0.75 to 1.50 inches. Lows tonight should
drop into the upper 30s and 40s. The chances for showers and
storms will continue on Monday until the passage of a cold front,
which should occur over far eastern Wisconsin during the early
afternoon hours.
