WEATHER SUMMARY FOR NORTH-CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST WISCONSIN
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GREEN BAY WI
932 PM CST WED FEB 25 2015

SKIES HAVE BECOME VIRTUALLY CLEAR ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE
AREA THIS AFTERNOON...EXCEPT FOR OCCASIONAL SCATTERED CLOUDS IN
VILAS COUNTY. CLOUDIER SKIES REMAINED FARTHER SOUTH. EARLIER SNOW
HAS LARGELY COME TO AN END THOUGH RADAR SUGGESTS VERY LIGHT
FLURRIES ARE STILL POSSIBLE IN PARTS OF WAUSHARA AND WINNEBAGO
COUNTIES. TEMPERATURES HAVE BEGUN TO FALL...WITH LOCATIONS IN THE
NORTH BEGINNING TO FALL BELOW ZERO AND INTO THE LOW TEENS FURTHER
SOUTH.

SUB-ZERO LOWS RETURN TONIGHT ALONG WITH BITTERLY COLD WIND
CHILLS. IN THE FAR NORTH WIND CHILLS WILL BOTTOM OUT IN THE 25 TO
35 BELOW ZERO RANGE...WHILE AREAS FARTHER SOUTH WILL SEE WIND
CHILLS 15 TO 25 BELOW. SNOW WILL END IN THE SOUTH...WHILE SOME
LAKE EFFECT FLURRIES MAY PUSH INTO EXTREME NORTH CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. WINDS BECOMING NORTHEAST ALONG THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORE
ALSO CREATES A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR LIGHT LAKE EFFECT SNOW THERE AS
WELL.

COLD WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEK WITH SLOW MODERATION
TOWARDS THE WEEKEND. DRY WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE REST
OF THE WEEK AS WELL...WITH THE NEXT POTENTIAL FOR SNOW ON SUNDAY.
