WEATHER SUMMARY FOR NORTH-CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST WISCONSIN
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GREEN BAY WI
322 AM CST FRI FEB 5 2016

CLOUDY SKIES WITH PASSING LIGHT SNOW OR FLURRIES PREVAILED OVER
THE REGION DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. AS A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
APPROACHED FROM THE WEST...SKIES BECAME PARTLY CLOUDY ACROSS
CENTRAL WISCONSIN TOWARD DAYBREAK. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM
THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO WHERE CLEARING TOOK PLACE...TO THE
UPPER TEENS OVER EASTERN WISCONSIN.

THE AREA WILL RESIDE BETWEEN CLIPPERS TODAY WITH A PARTLY CLOUDY
START TO THE DAY GIVING WAY TO INCREASING CLOUDS AS THE NEXT
CLIPPER APPROACHES. MUCH LIKE ITS PREDECESSOR...THIS CLIPPER DOES
NOT HAVE MUCH MOISTURE AVAILABLE AS IT SWEEPS THROUGH THE REGION
TONIGHT. LOOK FOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TO ONLY BE IN THE ONE-
QUARTER TO ONE-HALF INCH RANGE.

A WEST TO SOUTHWEST WIND IS EXPECTED TO BRING MILD CONDITIONS TO
THE REGION AS THE NEXT CLIPPER MOVES TOWARD LAKE WINNIPEG ON
SATURDAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL FOR THIS
TIME OF YEAR.
