Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin

Snow showers persisted across northern Wisconsin through much of
the evening. Light snow was on and off across central Wisconsin
and the Fox Valley. Temperatures have been fairly steady in the
low to middle 20s.

Snow will continue to fall at times through the night. Anyone
traveling should be prepared for slippery roads and reduced
visibility. A widespread 2 to 3 inches is expected for most
locations by Saturday morning, with locally higher amounts up to 5
inches possible across Door County.

On Saturday, some light snow or flurries may linger across
eastern Wisconsin for a couple hours past sunrise. As winds pick
up some blowing or drifting snow is also possible through Saturday
morning. Northwest wind will produce light lake effect snow
showers across far northern Wisconsin through the afternoon, the
rest of the area will be dry. Temperatures will not rise much
during the day, with highs in the mid-teens to mid- 20s. It will
feel even colder due to a noticeable northwest wind.
