THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS...SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOWS A WEAK
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE PUSHING AN AREA OF LIGHT SNOW OVER THE
NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND INTO NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN.
SKY CONDITIONS WERE MOSTLY CLOUDY ELSEWHERE. COMBINED WITH A LIGHT
SOUTHWEST WIND...TEMPERATURES WERE HOLDING STEADY FROM THE UPPER
SINGLE DIGITS OVER NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN TO THE MIDDLE TEENS
OVER THE FOX VALLEY.

LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD EAST ACROSS CENTRAL AND EASTERN
WISCONSIN THIS MORNING. THE LIGHT SNOW WILL DIMINISH TO SNOW SHOWERS OR
FLURRIES FROM WEST TO EAST THIS AFTERNOON...WITH MOST LOCATIONS
RECEIVING AROUND AN INCH OF ACCUMULATION. LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS ARE
EXPECTED ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN TONIGHT...WITH ADDITIONAL
ACCUMULATIONS LIKELY ACROSS VILAS COUNTY.

UNUSUALLY COLD CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY BEFORE
MODERATING TEMPERATURES BEGIN THIS WEEKEND.
