...BE ALERT FOR ICY SPOTS ON UNTREATED ROADS AND SIDEWALKS ALONG
WITH PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

CLEAR SKIES...LIGHT WINDS AND INCREASING MOISTURE FROM AN
APPROACHING WINTER STORM SYSTEM HAVE PRODUCED AREAS OF FOG EARLY
THIS MORNING. SINCE TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW FREEZING...ANY MOISTURE
WHICH COLLECTS ON AREA ROADS AND SIDEWALKS WILL FREEZE. AS A
RESULT PATCHES OF ICE...AND VERY SLIPPERY CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP
FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE. THE DENSE FOG WILL ALSO PRODUCE
VISIBILITIES ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

SNOW WITH AN APPROACHING STORM SYSTEM IS NOT EXPECTED TO REACH
CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN UNTIL LATE MORNING AND DURING
THE AFTERNOON HOURS OVER NORTHERN WISCONSIN.

BE ALERT FOR THE PATCHES OF ICE AND DENSE FOG AND USE EXTRA
CAUTION DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE.
