...LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS
TONIGHT...

Light snow continued across much of the area early this evening.
The light snow is expected to continue through the rest of the
evening, and may become moderate at times. The snow should begin
to taper off after midnight, except across far north-central
Wisconsin where lake effect snow showers will continue Saturday
morning. Most locations will see accumulations of 1 to 3 inches by
Saturday morning, though locally higher amounts of 3 to 5 inches
may occur in northwest Vilas county due to lake enhancement.

Motorists should be prepared for hazardous travel conditions
due to reduced visibilities and snow covered roads. If you have
travel plans tonight, slow down and allow extra time to reach your
destination.

...LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS
LATER THIS EVENING INTO EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...

A pocket of dry air across the region has resulted in the slower
arrival of the light to moderate snow this evening. Light snow
should overspread the region between 8 pm and 10 pm as the system
approaches from the northwest. Total accumulations of 1 to 3
inches are expected across much of the region by sunrise on
Saturday.

Motorists should be prepared for hazardous travel conditions
later this evening into early Saturday morning due to reduced
visibilities and snow covered roads. If you have travel plans
later tonight, slow down and allow extra time to reach your
destination.

...LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS
TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING...

Light snow continued across much of the area early this evening.
The light snow is expected to expand in areal coverage and intensity
through the evening into early Saturday morning. The snow may
become moderate at times into early Saturday morning. The snow
should begin to taper off late tonight or early on Saturday morning.
Most locations should see 2 to 4 inches of snow, with 3 to 5 inches
possible across Door county.

Gusty winds are expected to develop toward or around sunrise on
Saturday morning along the Highway/Interstate 41 corridor east to
Lake Michigan. Wind gusts over 30 mph are possible which will create
areas of blowing and drifting snow.

Motorists should be prepared for travel conditions to worsen
this evening due to reduced visibilities and snow covered roads.
If you have travel plans tonight, slow down and allow extra time
to reach your destination.
