...FRIGID TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TONIGHT/EARLY SUNDAY MORNING...

The combination of a very cold air mass, clear skies and light
winds will allow temperatures to plummet overnight. Low
temperatures are forecast to range from about 25 below zero at the
typical cold spots of central and north-central Wisconsin, to a
few degrees below zero near Lake Michigan. Despite the cold
temperatures, winds are expected to be relatively light, so a Wind
Chill Advisory will not be necessary.

Temperatures will still be very cold Sunday morning when winds
begin to increase from the south. Wind chills may briefly drop to
20 below to 30 below zero across central and north-central
Wisconsin, and to 10 below to 20 below zero in the east.

Anyone going outdoors tonight or Sunday morning should dress in
layers. Make sure to wear a hat and gloves. Frostbite can occur if
precautions are not taken.
