...LIGHT SNOW WILL RESULT IN SLIPPERY ROADWAYS OVERNIGHT INTO
SUNDAY MORNING...

AT 715 PM...LIGHT SNOW HAD OVERSPREAD MUCH OF WISCONSIN. THE
EXCEPTION WAS THE FAR NORTH...WHERE SKIES WERE STILL PARTLY CLOUDY.

THE SNOW WILL PERSIST ACROSS CENTRAL...EAST-CENTRAL...AND
NORTHEAST WISCONSIN OVERNIGHT. IT WILL EVENTUALLY OVERSPREAD THE
NORTH AS WELL...THOUGH IT MAY TAKE UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT TO REACH
AREAS IN VILAS COUNTY NEAR THE UPPER MICHIGAN BORDER. THE SNOW IS
NOT GOING TO BE HEAVY...BUT THE PERSISTENT LIGHT SNOW COMBINED
WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE TEENS TO LOWER 20S WILL ALLOW THE SNOW
TO ACCUMULATE. A TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IS
EXPECTED ACROSS MOST OF THE THE AREA BY THE TIME THE SNOW
DIMINISHES SUNDAY MORNING. TOTALS IN THE FAR NORTH WILL BE
LOWER...AND SHOULD REMAIN UNDER AN INCH.

TEMPERATURES HAVE BEEN BELOW FREEZING FOR THE PAST SEVERAL
DAYS...SO UNTREATED ROADWAYS WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.
MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING TONIGHT OR
SUNDAY MORNING.
