LIGHT WINDS...PARTIALLY CLEAR SKIES COMBINED WITH THE RECENT
RAINFALL WILL LEAD TO THE FORMATION OF FOG THIS MORNING. THE FOG
WILL BE DENSE AT TIMES REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR
LESS. EXPECT THE FOG TO LIFT A FEW HOURS AFTER SUNRISE...OR
AROUND 9 AM.

MORNING COMMUTERS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR POOR VISIBILITY OR RAPID
CHANGES IN VISIBILITY THIS MORNING. WHEN DRIVING IN FOG...BE SURE
TO SLOW DOWN...KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE FROM OTHER VEHICLES...AND USE
LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
