STRONG THUNDERSTORM 19 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MANITOWOC...MOVING EAST AT
40 MPH.

ONE HALF INCH DIAMETER HAIL...WINDS 30 TO 40 MPH...FREQUENT CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS...ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM.

  MANITOWOC BY 900 AM CDT...
  LAKE MICHIGAN WATERS OFF MANITOWOC BY 905 AM CDT...
