...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL LIKELY DURING THE EARLY
MORNING HOURS...

At 226 AM CDT, doppler radar indicated several clusters of
thunderstorms over central and east-central Wisconsin. One large
cluster was located from Green Bay to Manitowoc, and was beginning
to push over Lake Michigan. Another cluster was moving into the
Marshfield area. Additional storms were forming between these 2
clusters. All the storms were moving east at about 40 mph. The
storms were producing heavy rain, and possibly some small hail.

Since multiple rounds of storms will like move through the same
areas during the next several hours, the potential for flooding will
be on the increase.

Locations impacted include...
Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, Stevens Point, Wisconsin
Rapids, Shawano, Sturgeon Bay, Waupaca and Kewaunee.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone traveling across the area early this morning should be alert
for low visibilities in heavy rain. Also be prepared for the
possibility of water ponding in low spots on the roads. Do not drive
your vehicle into areas where water covers the road.

People at Ford Festival Park should remain inside a safe shelter.
