...FRIGID TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TONIGHT/EARLY SUNDAY MORNING...

The combination of a very cold air mass, mostly clear skies and
light winds will allow temperatures to plummet, especially over
north-central and central Wisconsin. Most locations are expected
to reach 10 below to 20 below zero, with isolated readings as low
as 25 below zero. Winds are forecast to be light and variable
tonight, then slowly increase Sunday morning. There may be a brief
period early Sunday morning where wind chills may reach 20 below
to 30 below zero before moderating as winds to be from a southerly
direction.

Anyone going outdoors tonight into Sunday morning should dress in
layers. Make sure to wear a hat and gloves. Frostbite can occur if
precautions are not taken.
