...PATCHES OF DENSE FOG WILL LEAD TO LOCALLY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE...

Areas of fog are expected to develop overnight. Although the
visibility at most locations will be sufficient for safe travel,
there will be patches of dense fog where the visibility will be
considerably lower, possibly as low as a few hundred feet. The fog
will be most dense near streams and rivers and in low-lying
areas.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
locally dense fog and allow extra time to reach their destination.
When driving in fog, be sure to slow down, keep a safe distance
from other vehicles, and use low-beam headlights.

The localized dense fog will persist through the morning commute
until about an hour or two after sunrise.
