...BITTER COLD WIND CHILLS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING...

CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS HAVE PRODUCED SUB-ZERO TEMPERATURES
OVER MANY LOCATIONS. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL RANGE FROM 8 BELOW TO 20
BELOW ZERO WITH SOME NEAR 30 BELOW ZERO READINGS OVER FAR NORTH
CENTRAL WISCONSIN. THE TEMPERATURES WILL REACH THE OVERNIGHT LOWS
SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT THEN TURN NEAR STEADY AS MID TO HIGH LEVEL
CLOUDS MOVE INTO THE AREA. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE MOSTLY
LIGHT...BUT A FEW WIND SPEEDS IN THE 4-7 MPH RANGE WILL BRIEFLY
PRODUCE WIND CHILL READINGS FROM 25 TO 35 BELOW ZERO THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING. IF YOU PLAN TO BE OUTDOORS WEAR WARM
CLOTHING...INCLUDING A HAT AND GLOVES...TO AVOID THE POTENTIAL FOR
FROSTBITE OR HYPOTHERMIA.
