WHITE OUT CONDITIONS OVER MAINLY NORTHERN DOOR COUNTY EARLY THIS
MORNING. BETWEEN 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED THIS
MORNING BEFORE THE SNOW TAPERS OFF LATER MORNING.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS THIS
MORNING.

WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS FOR INLAND LOCATIONS.  THE SLUSHY
ACCUMULATION WILL PRODUCE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS THIS
MORNING.
