...BITTER COLD WIND CHILLS EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING...

.ARCTIC AIR WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH MONDAY. THE BITTER COLD
TEMPERATURES AND A STEADY 5 TO 10 MPH WIND WILL CREATE WIND CHILLS
OF 25 TO 35 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING. SOME
PLACES IN NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN COULD HAVE WIND CHILLS TO 40
BELOW ZERO LATE TONIGHT.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND WINDS WILL
GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROSTBITE AND LEAD
TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF GOING OUTDOORS...
