...SIGNIFICANT SNOW IS EXPECTED IN THE LAKE SUPERIOR SNOWBELT
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...

.COLD NORTHWEST WINDS FLOWING OVER THE RELATIVELY WARMER WATERS
OF WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR WILL CONTINUE TO GENERATE LAKE EFFECT
SNOW SHOWERS OVER NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN INTO TUESDAY MORNING.
THE SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES OVER
NORTHWEST VILAS COUNTY...WHERE A SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATION IS
LIKELY.

...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST
TUESDAY...

* LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE THIS
  EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. THE SNOW SHOWERS SHOULD GRADUALLY
  DECREASE ON TUESDAY MORNING.

* A TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 8 TO 10 INCHES IS LIKELY IN THE
  SNOWBELT REGION OF NORTHWEST VILAS COUNTY...WITH 4 TO 8 INCHES
  EXPECTED ACROSS THE REST OF THE COUNTY.

* INCREASING WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE STRONG ENOUGH TO
  CAUSE SOME DRIFTING SNOW. POOR VISIBILITY AND SNOW COVERED
  ROADS WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS...SO BE SURE
  TO ADJUST TRAVEL PLANS ACCORDINGLY.

A LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF LAKE
EFFECT SNOW WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS. THE
VISIBILITY CAN FLUCTUATE RAPIDLY IN LAKE EFFECT SNOW SITUATIONS...
AS BANDS OF HEAVY SNOW MOVE THROUGH THE AREA. IF YOU MUST
